Troosha, fall has just happened here overnight as well
That could be part of it but I don't think that's all of it.  From past experience I have found that I do well on 6 hours of sleep.  Some days I get less than that but other days I'm getting more.

Although not an athlete, I battle fatigue for a variety of other reasons.  It has been critical to my well-being to try and achieve 8 hours sleep.  Less sleep at night offset with a nap in the afternoon just doesn’t have the same effect.   From acupressurist to more traditional care providers the sleep issue has been key.  Seasonal change can also have a huge impact on energy level and where I live autumn is setting in.  As a result,  I’ve been dragging myself around this past week.
