Limping around on my bum ankle

It was feeling good for the last couple of weeks and now it hurts again. I wish I had my old sports chiropractor to go to. I might have to see what's available out here in BFE. It looks like another good day so far

I got off work at 4 this morning and my son let me sleep until 9. That's not too bad, not for a Sunday. There probably won't be a nap today for me because I'm going to have to get some college work done. Today will be a short day at work and I'll be in bed early. I have to get up early tomorrow so... I'm feeling a little bit better today.

I came home from work early last night. 2am instead of 4am and my son slept until 8:30. That's great. He has been invited to go to a park with a couple of other 2 year olds this afternoon. I'm still tired. Any ideas?

Everyday when I wake up, I just think that I could lay there for a couple more hours if my son would allow it. This just can't be right. Making the heart stronger

I had a really good chest workout yesterday. I feel like I'm still getting stronger. I told you that I felt like I was at my strongest about 15 years ago.
