I don't think Trey and I will be going for our walks

I've become a planner

I never used to be. I was anything but a planner. Over the years, that has changed. I have found that for me, I need a little bit of structure in order to be productive. On my second day of trying to get rest

My weekends revolve around work and making sure Trey doesn't do something extremely damaging to himself or the house. That's about it. I ate well and lifted weights yesterday. I can feel it in my biceps but I wanted to talk about yoga today. I put Trey down for a nap and slid in the DVD. Today was weigh day

And I'm still holding at 196 which I'm is okay with me. I think I'll end up moving down over the next week but anything under 200 is great. Yesterday was a good exercise day

Yesterday was the best exercise day that I have had in a long time. I'm hoping there will be more of them in the future.
