Dropping my pants for bloggers

For work, I wear quite a bit of equipment on my belt. I have a handheld radio, two pair of handcuffs, and two cell phones. Here's a challenge for you

So, I've been trying out the yoga DVD that Santa brought for me. I tried it again yesterday. I love how the stretches feel. I know that it's going to help me with my health and my running. I had a couple of substitutions yesterday

Right when I was getting ready to do my yoga DVD, I received a call from work and had to deal with that. I made some calls and got everything straightened out. Yoga uses muscles in a whole new way

I didn't make it through the whole DVD. I just ran out of steam. I'm going to try again tomorrow. I'm going to try to do Yoga several times a week. Saturday was a long day

It took me all day Sunday to recover. I didn't even blog on either day which lets you know how busy I was on Saturday and how wiped out I was on Sunday. A rare treat

Well I'll be darned

I weighed myself today and the scale showed me at 200 pounds. That's pretty good because I was higher than that before Christmas. I don't remember how much higher, only a couple of pounds.
