In the wee small hours of yesterday morning, I heard one of the talking heads on CNN say that, “The mean age of American nurses is, 45 years old.” Given my peculiar bent of mind, I immediately wondered what the average age of mean American nurses is. Probably older. With my luck, I'd get the mean one.
