Benydryl and baking sodas and class tomorrow
felt sleepy most of the day, made it to the gym late afternoon. Got some benydryl and baking soda. Borrowed some Benadryl from Meagan last night it seemed to help some. Class tomorrow will be a game time decision as they say about injured athletes. Sign in to see full entry.
