Lorazapam and walking
Felt awful yesterday a bit better today. Melatonin didn't do the job of keeping me asleep last night so I went to the lorazapam. That worked but i didn't take until the middle of the night so I still didn't get enough sleep. Walked for about 45 minutes yesterday wasn't enough so I walked for an hour...
