Sleeping, swimming and jumping through hoops
feeling a lot better, took a lorazapam last night slept about ten hours. Hate to take medicine to sleep but it's a lot better than not sleeping. Made it to class, apparently Wednesday class was cancelled so I didn't miss. Went to the pool swam 1/4 mile. I think swimming is better for me than the... Sign in to see full entry.
