Wishes come true! Never wish for what you really want, as it might come true. Lottery winners say this to themselves and scoff. But when it actually happens to you in real life you can’t believe it. I landed a chance to write a series of articles for a concrete magazine, and now have the chance to write about call centres! Of course I can’t fit them all in within the time they want, but I’m going to have a go. To cap it all I have the chance to write about cell phones. But it’s for the US market...
