ok i heard that you can make money off these some how and i was wondering if that is true and how you do and what it's all about. Also who reads these blogs? Anyone important? Thank you .

Dear Technical staff,

A fellow told me that he came to the Blogging Network and read my blog but it doesn't show up on the list of pages read.  Why not?

In the standard template, on the right-hand side, is a heading called "Links." I'd love to put some links there, but I don't see how. I've looked under "help" but didn't anything about it.

 

How do you get different size fonts to show up?
I've copied my word doc's to this space, but it doesn't show up the same? And how do u get those colored smilies?
Plus any other tricks!!!

I hope this doesn't sound too dumb, but I signed up and created my first blog, but I can't figure out the URL of my own blog!

Here's another question, hopefully not so airheaded: when I click on the picture icon, it asks me to give a URL. How do I upload a photo from my hard drive?

I found out the problem (of which I wrote a couple posts back).  I just tried to copy and paste using my word processor Word, within an Edit of an existing blog.  It happened to contain an emoticon....didn't work...and then it froze everything except the cursor and typing--that is, it wouldn't "SAVE"; it wouldn't let me "Sign Out"; etc., Nothing.  But now that I know this, I just have to remember it....Oh yes, it also locked up my whole PC, couldn't even "Shut Down"...had to "Reset."  We've had to reset four or five times a day for the last couple weeks....(I'm Just Sharing. )

yah, change it back...
