Magic Mountains

The Himalayas have always been magical for me. They are vaste, from rolling, pretty foothills, to heights clothed in pine and oak, rising to forests of deep green firs and cedars, reaching past the tree line to alpine meadows and finally the eternal snows. Harrowingly Narrow!

Friends In all the many years that I’ve walked the Himalayan trails and rafted the rivers, there’s always been a great respect for nature and the elements. The river, a kayak and I

Dreams, more dreams and more lessons so easily learnt on the banks of the Ganga. Another of the numerous things I dreamt about was learning how to kayak,properly. I’m a dreamer. I’ve dreamt forever about writing a story, but I don’t do it. I just imagine: best-seller, childrens story, romance, thriller.
