40 years on.

40 years ago today on a dark and very stormy night my one and only daughter came into the world. Today it's equally stormy and I am going to spend the day celebrating her 40th birthday. A new winter hobby?

Have you ever thought of learning another language? Thanks to computers and modern language learning techniques it is becoming easier and easier. I speak from experience. Brother number 2

Brother number 2; D- born in 1934 is still going strong. Being only eight years older than me we had in many ways the closest relationship. At present we arenaturally preoccupied with next month’s climate summit in Copenhagen. Even school children, such as Miramy granddaughter, are aware that something important is about to take place.
