Brief entry

I am watching a cooking show as I type this or, more accurately, talking it. I guess I'm getting better at Dragon NaturallySpeaking. Got my x-ray clearance to stand up yesterday and went to therapy today, where I stood half way up twicw (or up if I'm having a bad standing day).
