Pajama Day

Steroid Blues

Steroids… I hate them. I only take them when the red, itchy, swollen hives that result from my allergy to certain plastics stop responding to my regular meds and overwhelm me- disturbing my sleep, threatening and sometimes invading my eyes, mouth, throat, or vagina. This Writer's Blues

I feel stuck. I can't write, despite receiving a scholarship to an on-line science fiction workshop, having columns to write for this site, and having 2 academic writing gigs (one speech, one book review).
