Kewl Dudes . . . .

A comment I received this morning referring to me as "Dude" got me to chuckling. Not quite sure what being a "dude" entails, but it reminds me of some of my middle-aged to late middle-aged friends, usually male, who try to use words kids use to "fit in" with them. Atkins Detractors Said

He was overweight just before he died. However, I have read that he was bloated and overweight from the liquids they were feeding him through intravenous tubes when he was put into the hospital. In the Virginia primary yesterday, I cast my vote for a ghost, Joe Lieberman. Although he has dropped from the race, his name was still on our ballot, so I voted for the best man of the bunch, even though he was merely a ghost on the ballot. Sign in to see full entry.

Just left Roanoke, VA, ahead of flood warnings, and I missed really foul weather by only about two hours. Even so, the previous night had seen sleet and freezing rain and the highways were dangerously slick. My meeting was cancelled, so we'll just have to try again. roanoke is a nice place to visit... I was going to prison yesterday afternoon
