Just left Roanoke, VA, ahead of flood warnings, and I missed really foul weather by only about two hours. Even so, the previous night had seen sleet and freezing rain and the highways were dangerously slick. My meeting was cancelled, so we'll just have to try again. roanoke is a nice place to visit...
