Church Pods

How about a multi-denominational, multi-religious church with pods within it to hold two to four people. Within each pod would be speakers and controls to dial up a sermon or sevice from any chosen religion. In this way, a church building could be shared by many faiths and denominations. The pastor... A Union Church

This church is of the theory, "Birds of a Feather Flock Together." All people of a particular trade or profession would worship together. For instance, there would be the United Brotherhood of Carpenters Church, or the Bricklayers and Allied Crafts Temple, and so forth. This would be a church built... Sign in to see full entry.

People Need to Pay More Attention in Church

So, let's build churches without distractions. That means no windows, no artwork or ornamentation, and no talking. Children who cannot be quiet should be left in the care of a non-church-goer. Church for the Unemployed

How about a section of every church where the unemployed could sit. That would serve several purposes: The collection plate would not be passed there. Congregation members who are hiring could visit that section after services. The minister could pray for them en masse. The unemployed could network... Sign in to see full entry.

Musical Church

How about a church in which there were no sermons, announcements or any other communication that was not in song. This would includ parishoners communicating with each other before, during and after the service, so long as they were in the sanctuary. The sermon could be a medly of songs on a... Instead of wasting money on buildings . . . .

why not have churches meet in the buildings that already exist. There are many options, such as public places that allow meetings of non-profits; congregation members who own facilities could allow their chjurch to meet on Sundays in one of their buildings; organizations and businesses could donate... A Church to Celebrate Life & Love

would be unusual in this country. Too many churches concentrate on love and center on what will get one into hell. What if there was none of that, the all the time of the minister and staff were spent to teach and to show by example the positive aspects of life, the power of love, and not mention...
