Cold-Footed Bride-to-Be!

Tough one here. She disappeared before her wedding, but does she, as a free citizen, have to tell anyone? She should, but is it a must? I think not. The runaway bride did not aske to be searched for; that was not her choice, even though it happend. But, when she called to report that she had been kidnapped, that is where the cold-footed bride made a legal mistake; she essentially filed a false report. That is what she should be taken to court for, criminal court and civil court, civil court to... Sign in to see full entry.

Can't Even Trust a Cardinal!

A story I read stated that the Cardinals will be checked to ensure they do not carry cell phones, Blackberry devices or other wireless devices that might "spill the beans" regarding their deliberations and voting. Congress Playing God . . . . Again!

They couldn't affect the life of Terri Schiavo, so now they are taking a lesser step toward divinity by playing with time. It has been proposed in Congress that we extend daylight savings time by two months, starting a month earlier and ending a month later! Don't they have any real work to do in Washington?:-( Take a look: Congress Playing with Time Sign in to see full entry.

Pope this, Pope that . . . . .

Enough already! What? Is no other event of newsworthiness happening in the world? I know, the Pope died. Next news flash should not have been until, "New Pope Selected" becomes the headline. Why not start expecting reporters to work for news, instead of just showing up for events. What ever happened to investigative, true investigative, reporting, with reporters digging up "the dirt" on our politicians, leaders, community corruption, felonious businessmen in the community, and sham artists?
