With A Little Groan

I seem to groan every time I move--when I stand up, when I sit down, when I bend over, when I stretch.... I'm not really in pain, but it seems that this frigid weather has made my body stiff and unmovable and the groans come without being summoned, and whether there is anyone to hear or not....
