Morning Practices Finally Happen in the Morning
Good morning from Cleveland, OH, where I am visiting my older sister and her son's family for my annual family reunion after Christmas. I am not sure I have ever said this before, but I have a spiritual teacher and he has given me some daily morning practices to aid in my spiritual journey. Discipline has never been one of my strong suits.
