Morning Practices Finally Happen in the Morning

Good morning from Cleveland, OH, where I am visiting my older sister and her son's family for my annual family reunion after Christmas. I am not sure I have ever said this before, but I have a spiritual teacher and he has given me some daily morning practices to aid in my spiritual journey. Discipline has never been one of my strong suits. For many years, my practices were a hit and miss affair, disappearing completely when I got depressed (which of course is the time I needed them the most).... Sign in to see full entry.
