It is great to have friends

A Mystical release from smoking

I wanted to wait until I was sure it was true. The Tuesday before last, I smoked my last cigarette. Still Smoking...

I cannot believe I am still smoking. An honest assessment demands that I admit that I really have not decided to quit yet. I have decided to move in the direction of deciding to quit.
