DEAR MOM...BY CONTRROVERSYME
This poem was written after my mom passed in 2003. I took care of my mom during her illness and have forgiven her for the abuse she inflicted. I know, now that I'm an adult, she did what she knew, what she was taught, and she did the best she could. In some ways she made me a better person and a better mother and I now tell my own children that they can learn something from everyone, even if it's only how they DON'T want to be.
