I have beens saying forever that I need to exercise. I just can't seem to get around to it. I was thinking that I need to do it either early in the morning or before I go to bed at night. It just occurred to me this morning that I can do it anytime that is best for me. Geeez, why did it take so long for the light to go on? So, middle of the day, here I come.
