Just say No
Today I had an experience which required me to stand up for myself, for my kids, for my husband and for our sanity which was being "threatened". Details most likely are too boring. Let me just say that we were invited on a three day trip for June, which I know would have stressed all of us out. Camping. Not our thing. We almost did it, just to be nice to those who invited us. And then I said, "Wait a minute. We are people. We have rights. They might not understand WHY this stresses us out, but...
