I Measure My Life in Breaths I measure my life, Breath by precious breath. Breathing in and breathing out, That’s what Life is all about. When I lose my patient view, To breath observing, I shall return. When pain or hurt present my truth, It is the breath that bears me through. My life giving breath, It presents many forms.
