You can't chop 'em without a few tears. But oh, the flavor they add to a burger or tomato sauce with green peppers. Worth it. Got the veggie/server ready for later - carrot sticks, sliced green & red peppers, Cherub tomatoes. Toasted some Italian bread I brought home from the restaurant yesterday...
