Following a car accident, legal action is pretty common in the U.S. Even so, the following trial is particularly startling. In May 2010, a Virginian man was returning from his 21st birthday when he crashed into a taxi on the highway. The taxi driver sued for $75,000 compensation. So far, nothing...
