Merlot not Allowed...

A resident in Salt Lake City, Utah, has had the vanity plate "merlot" on his dark red vehicle for 10 years. It never got a lot of attention until an anonymous caller alerted the authorities that merlot was an alcoholic beverage. The Utah Tax Commisssion doesn't allow words of intoxicants to be used...
