Animal rights
Over the past few days, I've been "surfing" a variety of websites relating to the subject of animal rights - both those sites set up by groups like PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) and those sites set up by opponents of those groups. This "surfing" binge has been prompted by a discussion which occurred over the weekend on one of my email lists. That discussion was about animal rights, as opposed to animal welfare.
