No Pain, No Gain Makes No Sense
Working out at the gym today, I started thinking about the phrase "no pain no gain." It's pretty stupid if you ask me. In terms of exercise no pain no gain is supposed to mean that if you don't feel pain while you're working out, you're not doing enough and you're not accomplishing anything....
