Short on Help and a New Car Wash

Dad woke up on Christmas Eve 2004 knowing that he was going to be short on help at Locations A and B. No Snow Came

On Wednesday the forecasts were calling for two to four inches of snow in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area. By the time 3 p.m. rolled around the forecast changed from a trace of snow to three inches. Sent Home

Dad called car wash mechanic Howard Booth to talk about business related matters. Dad could hear on the phone that Howard sounded super congested, and Howard confirmed that he was feeling sick. Dad told me the other day that Howard Booth is willing to work Christmas morning. Because Howard is willing to work on the holiday, Dad told me that he wants me to take off. Lights

During this time of the year the sun is nearly set at around 4:45 p.m. Each day I go inside the equipment room and get the keys to the booth because I will need to go inside it.
