Isn't the Free Trade of NAFTA Supposed to Work Both Ways???

I believe in the free market..........but only when it's actually a free market. That means level playing fields on both sides. Isn't that what NAFTA, the North American Free Trade Agreement, is supposed to promote??? Not exactly........ Today I stumbled upon a great example of how NAFTA promotes...
