The entire agreement is only to our determent. The immigration and drug trafficking that has resulted under the auspices of trade borders ludicrous! sam

Particularly strange, since on several occasions
el presidente Fox (the previous guy) declared that 'Mexico does not end at its border'...so that these vehicles should not be 'imports' at all anyway, given that kind of 'reasoning'...
