I have been so busy that I didn't realize it had been so long in writing!

morning as I was putting on my makeup, Bailey, my cat comes in and jumps up on the commode seat. Well, this commode seat is one of those "soft seats" and so I say to her, "Bailey, go in the other bathroom to use it"!! It's been a very different week here in the south. My only sister I have

left lost her mother-in-law on Tues. She had been ill for a few weeks and of the very young age of 87, one knows our time on earth is ticking but of course, we are never ready to say good-by to our loved ones. Well, he laughed at me for having poison ivy..thought it was funny, he did.

Well, now the laugh is on me. I have really had a bad case of poison ivy and just this week I am able to not "scratch" or have to wear that "pink" calamine lotion called IvyRest. I have been feeling like "Job" in the bible these past several days...

This summer has been nothing but aches, pains and everything in-between, physically, for me that is. I went from swollen hands; like carpal tunnel, strained back which I finally took myself off to see the chiropractor for a few weeks and then tripping over the hoe resulting in a whip lash. I start off my week with yoga on Mondays & Weds. and this morning,...

we had a small class and she gave us some "extra hard" poses and my neck has been feeling it ever since. Don't know if that is good or bad but I will try to take it easy this evening. The weather seems to play a big part of the way I'm feeling now.
