I had forgotten this shot until I found it in a collection of random photos. This was taken with a Nikon digital camera set on a slow exposure using a 300 lens. I have an entire series of about ten photos taken during this tussle over a rabbit between a fox and an eagle. The bird had a MASSIVE wingspan, well over seven feet wide. This was a scary moment. We were traveling down a back road to visit a friend who needed help changing a surgical dressing, and these two creatures just wandered out in front of us. Lisa and I were walking back to the car after spending the day walking around this lake. I happened to turn back and I said to her, "Those trees look just like us, don't they?"
