I would
ask for help, just as others ask me for help when they are down and out. Teher is always somewhere to turn, I believe, if we look hard enough.

It depends on whether you actually mean "what is the BEST thing to do" or "what DO I do"?
What I usually do is lose hope in life....at least temporarily.
I am getting better at that and at times, I meditate, or look inside myself for guidance..that is what I SHOULD do.
