Flaming Blog War

A response!

Chris, thanks for your comments thus far.  I will, like, check your stuff out later on when I have a free moment, or two.  I hope we can rile up this bunch of bloggers, because, in my experience, this sort of forum isn't so much about money, publications, etc. as it is about communication with other (wannabe) writers.

As for the blog-flame war, I am certainly not too mature for it and am prepared to heave heavy fire.  I'm sure I'll only be able to afford one month of this, so I'm going to get my money's worth.

As for my own flaming blog, I'm starting to realize that bloggers post short pieces and update frequently, so, I suppose, I'll do that.

Will be back later,

-Jim

Well, y'know...

Miss Lonelyhearts,

Hey, shameless self-promotion is really to be somewhat expected, I think. One might even suggest that self-promotion is one of the primary purposes of this public message blog. (OMG, like, READ MY STUFF!!!!1)

On the other hand, I'm new to town (as it were) and don't really have license to suggest things like that.

As for the constructive criticism thing, you certainly may constructively criticize anything of mine that you read. After all, the worst that can happen is that I will delete your comment, then leave a nasty message on your blog, to which you will respond in kind, and I'll start a gigantic blogging flame-war that will destroy the internet as we know it.

Okay, I think we are more mature than that.

I've read a couple of the entries in your blog, and I must say that you seem like quite a talented writer. I don't have time to read the whole thing tonight, but I will come back to it.

Regardless of whether or not you read my blog, take care!

Although you really should read my blog. It's cool. And stuff.

          Sincerely,
                    Chris

Shameless

I see that a number of you have shamelessly plugged your own writing.  Great.----Comments?

Anyway, I'm wondering if there's any real writing out there, especially under the Fiction category.  Most of what I've read so far is tepid, bland.  Non-fiction seems pretty solid----but I think the poets should be run off the block.----Comments?  In-site recommendations?

Also, I'm wondering if people want any constructive criticism----you know, something beyond, "You're doing ok.... your thoughts and ideas are compelling, and I really feel for your main character when he has his big realization.  We've all been there."  Let's get out of the blunky (neologism) mode of the therapeutic writing textbook; let's get down to business.------Comments?

Relationships, reincarnation and a howling good time

Want to know what's going on in a man's mind in terms of love, romance, and relationships? Then please check out Heart Lights--- Love Letters to the Women in my Life, under Relationships.

Want to read about a very real--- and very surreal--- past life experience? Then please check out Past Lives Revealed, under Religion and Spirituality. Also, I'd be very interested to learn of your experiences.

And, finally, wolves are a focus of my eco-thriller, Wolf Brother, under Fiction.

I look forward to feedback and to reading the creative endeavors of other Blogit members.

Does it mean, that a poor man is not materiallistic....

Yes, because a rich man works hard to be so... while the poor man don't work as much as the rich man.

And does it mean, a rich man is happy and satisfied in life? No, because a poor man might be happy and satisfied in life, unlike the rich man.

Therefore, you must be poor first inorder to be happy and satisfied in life. No....

Then what is that happiness and satisfaction in life are all about? It is not which is to be materialistic..... or not to be measured by money. Because it is something that you have to Work for in your Lifetime.

If you want to be Truly happy and satisfied in life, then stop thinking about Money.
