There's a new scam out there and it's a growing concern in Pennsylvania. A person is pumping gas and along comes this "helpful" person who offers to finish pumping the gas for her. This is a post from FB. So, I spoke to people getting food at a food bank and here are some things I learned from those in need: 1. Everyone donates Kraft Mac and Cheese in the box. It was a tiring experience but no where near the amount it was for the national guard. They were up and going at 530. They had to be certified for national disasters.
