Yesterday I took the day off from working out because my ankle was acting up from the slight twist. Today I resumed walking. I only walked 45 minutes and then did 20 minutes of abs. Two days ago I walked for 2 hours. I was exhausted when I returned home. It was so hot by then. I took a different route. I found the water park which is closed while the virus is wreaking havoc.
