Today I forced my uncooperative body out of bed. It just didn't feel like going walking. I walked for an hour. I came home sweating and decided to do 30 minutes of abs. I forgot to take my gut stuff. The house is quiet. DIL has taken kids to soccer practice. They have been given the option of continuing virtual education or going back to the classroom. Two of the 3 want to go back to school.
