Yesterday I walked for an hour. It gets so humid here with all the off and on rain. I get my walk in early if I can. I need to get back to doing an hour of abs so I increased back to 40 minutes. Yesterday I went to check in on my weight loss. I was afraid I gained a lot of weight back because I had not exercised much since the broken toe and then tripping on the sidewalk.
