I haven't written about weight loss lately because I haven't been able to workout with my foot the way it is. The toe bends but it is still swollen. There was another mass shooting today. This one occurred in San Jose, California. A man shot several of his coworkers at 6:30am today. It's a hard write. I tried to commit suicide back in high school. Plus there were two other times beside this event. This story is based on that but I have changed the facts, names and timeline.
