The weight is coming off! I have a mixed fruit smoothie and then lots of water throughout the day. I bought Trident gum to chew when I get that hankering for some food. I bought some cantaloupe and cut in small pieces to nosh on if I get really hungry and I have tomato soup as well. I'll do a walk... Sign in to see full entry.
