I did my usual 2 hour workout on Tuesday. Then later that night I walked another 30 minutes. Yesterday was my lazy day. Today I did 60 minutes of abs and 50 minute power walk. No new loss but then again no gain either! I have dropped one pant size. The old ones just kinda hang instead of my body... Sign in to see full entry.
