You might want to cut the number in half to start. I started walking just 30 minutes a day and worked up to a 2 hour work out.

I did a ten-minute walk inside the house and 50 up and down on an old machine. I have been doing a workout from U Tube. I think I shall have to take it easy my toes really hurt. They are not used to being used to stand upright on. A good job I don't want to lose weight.

Good news. I'd love to drop enough to fit comfortably into my current
jeans size. Not sure how long the zipper and button are going to hold up...
