If Troops Weren't There, $120 Billion Could Be Spent To Rebuild Gulf States

The Bush administration will soon ask Congress to approve a $439 billion defense budget, which will include $120 billion for the war in Iraq, a 5% increase over what was budgeted for Iraq in 2005.
