Electronic Sandwich Signs: Fad or Future?

I am afraid I have yet to see someone with one of these. I'm not sure what I think about it other than I much prefer it to admobile which drives around and sits in traffic burning up gas while the per gallon average cost is up around $3.00, not to mention the impact on the environment.
