Several muscle groups are going to kick my ass at high noon.

I just got back from the gym. I did 45 minutes of cardio, 3 sets of abs, 3 sets of chest press, 1 set of incline chest press, 1 set of triceps, 3 sets of flies, and 1 set of shoulder press.
