Scarecrow With Wheels

There is a person driving around the three adjacent parking lots here with a halogen spotlight and an air horn trying to scare off the birds. At a certain point they also shoot off some sort of cherry bomb projectile thing into the trees. I think it mostly annoys the birds rather than scares them.... Sign in to see full entry.
